Hi, hello, howdy.
I’m Ran, a Creative/Art Director, freelance artist and amateur photographer.
A lover of travel, food and a good book, my other interests include perpetually chasing the tail of London’s culture scene, learning new things, anything Alain De Botton has ever thought, and being dragged on long walks by my husband (but only if there’s the promise of a pub at the end).
After doing an Art Foundation Course I attended the School of Communication Arts (SCA 2.0), where I learned the difference between an art director and a copywriter, plus a few other things which have proved to be quite useful.
Since then I’ve filled an aquarium with plastic in the name of the environment, delivered a 60 minute talk at SXSW, gameified personalised billboards for drivers, given Nick Knowles a talking belly button and seriously pissed off Novak Djokovic.
I currently work at McCann London, where to be honest I still can’t believe I get paid for having a nice time making stuff.
